- What the Japanese CV is like?
- What is the difference between Business Japanese and General conversation?
Why do I need Japanese CV?
It is totally depends on each company requirement. Some company does not request Japanese CV if you have great experience for the position. Some company request it even the Japanese skill was not necessary for that position. They just want to have it to show it to the Japanese managery position boss or to apply benefits procedure to governmental associations after your entry.
Traditionaly it was said that writing shows the education level and personality. Even now, CV is considerd as the material to show communication skill in writing and you will not be invited if you submit not professional one.
Also, it would be great to have one in advance to apply immidiately once you found the ideal vacancy. The invitation for the interview is usually short notice and you will not have enough time to make Japaense professional CV if it was after the invitation.
